The "In the Loop" Newsletter is sent out with the Utility Billing Statements every quarter. Each newsletter will contain the happenings for the 3 months of that quarter. Newsletters will be in the January, April, July, and October billings. The information in the newsletter will contain any events, holiday closures, city wide news, and reminders for the City of Archdale.
