The City of Archdale has purchased 2.5 million gallons per day of wastewater treatment capacity in the City of High Point’s Eastside Wastewater Treatment Plant. 1 million gallons per day of the 2.5 million gallons per day of treatment capacity has been allocated to current customers.
The City is a member of the Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority and has 1.45 million gallons of water per day available from the Authority. In addition, Archdale’s water system has interconnections with both Davidson Water, Inc. and the City of High Point’s water systems for redundancy and if needed, additional capacity.
