For your convenience you may pay with a credit or debit card from your computer or at the City Hall kiosk free of charge when you make this payment yourself. Staff is available to answer any questions you have about using the kiosk in the lobby at City Hall.
Once you have entered the account number, zip code, and PIN number from your billing statement, you may view your current bill, usage history, or make your payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
For all “employee assisted” credit or debit card payments placed via the phone or at the collections counter, we will charge a $5 convenience fee.
When you make your payment on our website we are able to see a pending payment and it is applied to your account within a 24-hour time period. Please be sure you follow the link on our website at www.archdale-nc.gov. There are other websites unaffiliated with the City that will process your payment which could take several days before the City receives notice of your payment. This could result in late fees and/or interruption of services. These websites may also charge a fee. Remember, there is no fee when you make your payment on the City’s bill pay system.

We are unable to accept credit/debit cards for water/sewer deposits-these payments must be made by cash, check, or money order.
