In response to the current spike in COVID-19 cases throughout the triad region and the state of North Carolina, the Archdale City Council will transition back to an electronic meeting format for the foreseeable future. This measure will help maintain the safety of citizens, Council-members, and staff while ensuring that the business of the City proceeds. This change will apply to upcoming Planning and Zoning Board Meetings as well.
All electronic meetings will be lived-streamed on the City’s YouTube Channel. Links to this channel and the live-streamed video will be posted on the City’s social media pages ahead of each meeting. Additionally, citizens will have multiple opportunities to contribute to the Public Comments portion of meetings and to offer comments regarding specific public hearings in advance of the meetings. Public Notices and the meeting agendas will provide details of how to have your comments or concerns entered into the record of these upcoming meetings. As always, agendas for upcoming meetings are available when published on the City’s website
