To promote safe holiday travels the Archdale Police Department would like to let the citizens of Archdale know that we will be participating in a "Booze It and Lose It" campaign through the end of December. During this campaign we will be working with other agencies to address complaints of speeding and careless driving within the city limits of Archdale. Officers in marked and unmarked vehicles will be conducting selective enforcement in efforts to correct dangerous driving habits. This campaign will be in conjunction with the Governor’s Highway Safety Program. The goal of this campaign is to make sure all motorists comply with state laws and that they arrive to their destinations safely.
