Former Mayor Stone, in light of the ongoing healthcare crisis, has Declared a State of Emergency in the City of Archdale. Declaring a State of Emergency is not intended to alarm or panic residents. It simply allows the City to access federal/state assistance for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, if needed.
(This declaration is still in effect under Mayor Dorsett.)
In the meantime, if you have questions specifically about the coronavirus pandemic, you may call the Randolph County Health Department’s hotline at 336-318-6227 where individuals are standing by during business hours to answer your questions.
