NEW ONLINE BILL PAY SYSTEM!
We are excited to offer you the flexibility of viewing your account information online. You will be able to view your current bill, payment and usage history with the continued convenience of utilizing this payment method at no charge when you make the payment yourself, online. Maximum payment amount accepted is $700.00.
We are unable to accept credit/debit cards for water/sewer deposits – these payments must be made by cash, check, or money order.
Effective February 1, 2013, we will charge a $5.00 convenience fee for all “employee assisted” credit or debit card payments placed via the phone or at the collections counter. However, we will have a kiosk available where you may make your utility payment yourself at no charge.
NOTE: Effective August 15, 2012 you will need a PIN number in order to access your account. Your PIN number will be printed on monthly billing statements beginning September 2012.
